Please read the entire document before asking any questions. I have tried to explain everything you need to know in order to get tapes from me, but if the prose in a particular section is not clear, please let me know, and I'll re-write that section. Please try to answer your questions using this document first. After you've read the rules, please follow them. Failure to follow the rules will have unpleasant consequences.

Request times:

Requests are CLOSED.

If you haven't received your tapes within 6 weeks after you receive your acknowledgment that I've received your letter, then something may have gone wrong, so let me know. Otherwise, please refrain from writing me to check the status of your tapes.

Please remember that you must wait until your tapes arrive before submitting another request.

My Philosophy

I provide fansubbed video tapes in order to allow other fans to see Anime that they would not be able to see otherwise. That being the case, I will not distribute titles that have been announced or released commercially. Commercial anime companies make the medium more available for everyone than I ever could and I encourage you to support them through your purchases at your local retailer or from Right Stuf or the UCI Anime store -- both of which seem to have lower prices for subtitled videos than places like Suncoast). After all, we all want everyone to be able to see good anime, right?

I currently distribute episodes of series, and series that, to my knowledge, have not yet been acquired and released by a US company. If you have information that indicates that any of the titles/episodes which are on my list have been released by a US company, please let me know so that I can take them off my distribution list.

Titles that have been acquired, but not released yet, will be taken off my list at least 18 months before I suspect that they will be released. I expect that all the rabid fans will purchase the real commercial tape when it comes out, and this allows them to see how the series will end without impacting the profits of the commercial company.

In addition to doing requests, I will trade for Master and very good 1st generation SuperVHS copies of subtitled and unsubtitled anime that I don't already have, as well as high quality copies of those titles I already have. Please send me email to arrange a trade.
