OEM units do not have development tools such as demo software, download 
cables/connectors, or documentation like that included with the eval kits.




WARRANTY
--------

MVS will repair free of charge products suffering from manufacturing
defects for a period of 5 years.  This will be done only if it has been
determined by MVS that the product has not been misused (improper voltages,
physical alteration, etc.).  Otherwise a minimum service charge is
required.  For fastest turn-around send Express Mail signature waived and
include self-addressed stamped Express Mail envelope.  Otherwise send 1st
class or priority mail and it will be returned free of charge.  In any case
it is necessary to contact the company for a Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the unit.
